Kwik SaaS Terms of Service

Please review these terms carefully before purchasing or using Kwik SaaS.
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing Kwik SaaS ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Product.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer" or "you") and Kwik SaaS ("we," "us," or "our").
Product Description
Kwik SaaS is a Next.js SaaS boilerplate that includes:
- Complete source code for a production-ready SaaS application
- Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Authentication system, payment integration, dashboard, and UI components
- Documentation and setup instructions
The Product is delivered as downloadable source code files.
Purchase and Payment
3.1 Pricing
The Product is available for a one-time payment of $299 USD. This is a lifetime license with no recurring fees.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
3.3 Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your jurisdiction.
License Grant
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:
- Use the Product source code for commercial or personal projects
- Modify, customize, and adapt the code for your needs
- Create derivative works and end products using the code
- Use the Product for unlimited projects
4.1 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product source code
- Share the Product with others who have not purchased their own license
- Use the Product to create competing SaaS boilerplate products
- Claim the original Product as your own work
- Extract components to sell as standalone products
4.2 License Type
This is a Developer License for individual developers or single companies. Each developer who will access the source code must have their own license.
Delivery
5.1 Download Access
After successful payment, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with download link
- Access to the Product source code repository
- Documentation and setup instructions
5.2 Delivery Timeframe
Download access is typically provided within minutes of payment. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at support@kwiksaasapp.com.
Refund Policy
Given the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law.
6.1 Non-Refundable Purchase
By purchasing the Product, you acknowledge that the license is non-refundable. Please review the Product details, documentation, and any available demos before purchasing.
6.2 Legal Exceptions
If applicable law provides a mandatory right to a refund, that right applies. Otherwise, all payments are final.
Updates and Support
7.1 Product Updates
Your license includes lifetime access to Product updates, including:
- Bug fixes and security patches
- Compatibility updates for framework versions
- New features and improvements
Updates are provided at our discretion and do not constitute an obligation.
7.2 Support
We provide email support for:
- Installation and setup questions
- Bug reports and technical issues
- General usage questions
Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement or security
- Error-free or uninterrupted operation
- Compatibility with your specific environment
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
9.1 No Consequential Damages
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Product
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Product
9.2 Third-Party Services
The Product integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, etc.). We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service availability or performance
- Third-party terms or pricing changes
- Third-party data practices or security
Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership
We retain all intellectual property rights to the original Product. Your license does not transfer ownership, only usage rights.
10.2 Attribution
While not required, we appreciate attribution or backlinks to Kwik SaaS when you use the Product in your projects.
10.3 Your Derivative Works
You own the copyright to end products and derivative works you create using the Product, subject to our retained rights in the original code.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Product to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or fraudulent applications
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or malicious code
- Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Product at any time. Your license remains valid until terminated under these Terms.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your license if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Product for prohibited purposes
- Engage in unauthorized distribution
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Product is revoked
- You must delete all copies of the Product
- No refunds will be issued upon or after termination
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to purchasers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kwik SaaS regarding the Product.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
